Emergence of Dajjal (Antichrist)

Dajjal (Antichrist), a powerful devilish character will appear on the scene. Besides the Holy cities of Makkah ‘the Ennobled’ and Madinah ‘the Illuminated’, he will establish his influence and conquer the entire world in a span of just forty days. The first day of these forty days will be as long as a year. The second day will be like a month and the third day like a week.

The rest of the days will be of normal duration. Dajjal (Antichrist), like a destructive storm will travel around the world, destroying everything in his path. His speed will be like the speed of a cloud carried away by forceful winds. He will unleash destruction wherever he goes. The afflictions and miseries that Dajjal (Antichrist) will cause through his mischief and deceptions will be appalling.

Dajjal Tricks

He will play tricks and The devious Dajjal (Antichrist) will have two dazzling things with which to entice the people – a garden and a fire. He will call these “Jannah” (Paradise) and “Jahannam” (Hell) and wherever he goes he will take them with him. In reality, in this illusion and magic, his Jannah will actually be fire and his Jahannam will be a peaceful place of rest.

He will order people to believe him to be God. Whoever believes him to be God, he will put them into his Jannah, and whoever rejects him, he will throw them into his Jahannam (which will be the opposite).

He will revive the dead and the earth will grow vegetation upon his command. He will make the clouds rain. The livestock ofthe people during his reign will increase in number and health and the milk-yield will also increase. When Dajjal (Antichrist) passes through the forests, treasures of wealth will follow him like swarms of bees.

Dajjal’s Magical Tricks

He will play several other magical tricks and ploys which will ultimately prove to be sheer illusions. All these tricks and ploys will indeed be deceptive feats of magic and wizardry and will instantly vanish as soon as Dajjal (Antichrist) leaves the place. Whenever Dajjal (Antichrist) tries to move towards the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah, Angels will turn his face in some other direction. Dajjal (Antichrist) will be followed by an army of Jews and will have three letters “ك (Kaaf), ف (Faa), ر (Raa)” (signifying Kaafir or disbeliever) engraved on his forehead. Muslims alone will be able to see and read these letters.

When Dajjal (Antichrist) completes his round of the world and reaches Syria, it will be dawn. The call to prayer for the morning Ṣalāh would have just finished when the Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام will descend onto the eastern minaret of the Jaami’ Masjid of Damascus.

Imam Mahdi

Imām Mahdi will be present and will be asked by Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام to lead the prayer. With the presence of Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام this will have a very disastrous effect on Dajjal (Antichrist) who will start melting, like salt in water, due to the pleasant odour emanating from the breath of Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام.

The pleasant odour will keep growing in intensity far and wide until Dajjal (Antichrist) is forced to retreat. Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام will chase Dajjal (Antichrist) and will finally kill him with a spear.
The end of Dajjal (Antichrist)’s domination will mark the beginning of a new era. Prophet ‘Īsā’s عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام reign will be one of abundance and affluence.

People will be in possession of so much wealth that it will be difficult to find anyone in need of anything. There will be no enmity, jealousy, animosity or distrust among the people. Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام will kill the pig (Khinzeer) and break the Cross.

All the followers of the Holy Books who survive the tyrannical atrocities of Dajjal (Antichrist) during his regime will eventually proclaim their allegiance to Prophet ‘Īsā عَـلٰى نَبِيِّنَا وَعَـلَيْهِ الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَام. There will now only be one dominant religion – Islam.

Faith in Allah Almighty

Faith in Allah Almighty

Faith in Allah makes a Muslim strong in mind and heart. A true Muslim with unshakable faith in Almighty Allah leads a very peaceful and contented life. He fears no one but Allah. He knows that no evil can come to him without the will of Allah. His heart becomes strong and brave. On the other hand, people who lack faith in their lord, are always unsatisfied and remain disturbed. They lack happiness and peace. They always remain fearful of the people and their actions. Stress, depression and anxiety make their life miserable.
Now the question comes that how faith can be developed? How can a person make his life full of fragrance? How can he lead a smooth and satisfied life? Well! This question is not easy to be answered. However, effort can be made to explain it.
“Faith” does not come within few days. It is something which requires time and a strong passion to develop it in you. First thing is that develop patience inside you. Stop being a stubborn person. Pay gratitude to Allah for His blessing upon you. Never ask for more. Try to remain contented within what you have. The lust of wanting more will take you away from being thankful to Allah.
Secondly, remove all the fears from your heart. Start believing that whatever calamity comes to your that is from Allah. You have to be patient in this hard time. No one can harm you without the will of Allah. Only He is All-powerful and All-Knowing.
Thirdly, accept your destiny. Here is you planning for your life, there is Allah planning for you and undoubtedly His planning is better then yours. Believe that whatever comes to you is Allah’s planning for you. Leave your problems to Him and have faith that He will response.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

People have ideals and role models to follow; but they all do not provide complete guidance in all aspects of life. The thirst for perfection and complete guidance forced people to follow different personalities. This imperfection divided the word ideal into different categories .The only personality which provides complete perfection from social life to personal life is the personality of Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
He was sent to the most uncivilized and rigid society where all kinds of social evils were found. He (ﷺ) gave them complete guidance through his practical life. He turned the most rigid society into the most civilized and reformed society He conquered those hearts which were once filled with antipathy for him. We do not find such a great example of reformation anywhere. His teachings are universal.
Today, the world is facing many troubles and conflicts like terrorism, unemployment etc. If we follow his teachings and life style, we can get rid of all these troubles. For example, before the arrival of Islam girls were buried alive in their childhood. They did not have any rights. He (ﷺ) appointed their rights and made their life peaceful. Thus, we find a complete guidance in his life and his teachings are for whole mankind.

Within the Muslim Community today, it has become a fashionable past-time to speak about unity and harmony. To merely speak of unity and to practically establish unity are two different things. The basis of unity, in the Muslim Community, lies on IMAN (Belief) and AQEEDAH (The Fundamental Articles of Faith). Any other attempt to unite Muslims on other grounds would most definitely result in failure.
Whilst various religious groups and bodies engage themselves in producing new magical formulae to bring about unity and harmony in the community, the degree of discord and disunity increases in leaps and bounds! The truth is that the spirit of unity has to emanate from the innermost sanctum of the heart. When such a spirit of unity envelopes Iman, Aqeedah and purpose, then a sincere yearning for Amal(Action) is produced which leads to the establishment of unity on a very solid and unshakeable foundation.
But, where sincerity is replaced with selfish motives; truth with hypocrisy; the yearning to follow Allah’s Command replaced with the yearning to acquire leadership and fame; the spirit of gaining Allah’s Pleasure replaced with the spirit of acquiring and accumulating wealth; the real unity, the true love and harmony would only be within the realm of our dreams and could never become a reality. The history of the Prophet of Islam (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) and his illustrious Companions (radi Allahu anhumul ajma’in) is filled with the examples of the successful unification of Muslims based on selflessness and striving to gain Allah’s Pleasure.
Today’s modern proponents of unity, harbor ulterior motives whereby Islamic principles are sacrificed and Iman is compromised to please others for the sake of personal gain.
In place of Iman and Aqeedah, monetary gains and common ulterior motives are used as the basis of getting together Muslims. This hypocritical type of unity is and will always be unstable, unfruitful and create discord amongst the Muslims.

Belief in Allah

If Allah can transforms the night into the day then He surely can transforms the darkness of our lives into brightness. All we have to do is to keep faith and trust in Almighty Allah.
Ah! but we impatient mortal souls do not wait for the right time to come and gets in to internal conflicts
Sometimes divine wisdom is hidden in the matters that apparently looks bad .
Indeed Allah knows the best of all, so if we love Him unconditionally and unfathomably then we should bear the dark days with patience. We should always accept everything with a big heart.Ultimately our this ray of hope will lit our dark world. In such dark period of our life we should read Quran. Because this Holy book will enlighten and brighten our wounded soul and give a peace of mind and gives us a firm belief in omnipotence of Almighty.
So despite falling prey to depression and despair we Muslims should reconsolidate towards Almighty and towards His revealed gift ” Quran ” .

What does the Quran say about Jesus?

Jesus علیھم السلام was among the prominent messengers who were mentioned in detail in the Holy Quran. In face, there is a chapter in the Majestic Quran named Maryam (Mary) رحمتہ اللہ عنھا that speaks about the Honorable Lady Mary رحمتہ اللہ عنھا and her Blessed son, Jesus علیھم السلام. Jesus علیھم السلام is also mentioned in various other places throughout the Glorious Quran. Here are some of the Quranic quotations regarding the Honorable Lady Mary رحمتہ اللہ عنھا and Jesus علیھم السلام:

What does the Quran say about Jesus

What does the Quran say about Jesus

And remember Maryam in the Book; when she went away from her family to a place towards east. So there she screened herself from them; We therefore sent Our Spirit towards her – he appeared before her in the form of a healthy man (Angel Jibraeel علیھم السلام). She said, “I seed the refuge of the Most Gracious from you – if you fear God.” He said, “I am indeed one sent by your Lord; so that I may give you a chaste son.” She said, “How can I bear a son? No man has ever touched me, nor am I of poor conduct!”

He said, “So it is; your Lord has said, ‘This is easy for Me’; and in order that We make him a sign for mankind and a Mercy from Us; and this matter has been decreed.” So she conceived him, and she went away with him to a far place. Then the pangs of childbirth brought her to the base of the palm-tree; she said, ” Oh, if only had I died before this and had become forgotten, unremembered.” (The angel) Therefore called her from below her, “Do not grieve – your Lord has made a river flow below you.” And shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards you – ripe fresh dates (This was a miracle – the date palm was dry and it was winter season) will fall upon you.

Therefore eat and drink and appease your eyes; so if you meet any person then say. ‘I have pledged a fast (of silence) to the Most Gracious – I will therefore not speak to any person today.’ So carrying him in ger arms, she brought him to her people; they said, “O Maryam, you have indeed committed a great evil! O sister of Haroon, neither was your father an evil man nor was your mother of poor conduct!” Thereupon she pointed towards the child; they said, “How can we spead to an infant who is in the cradle?”

The child proclaimed, “I am Allah’s bondman; He has given me the book and made me a Herald of the Hidden (a Prophet). And He has made me blessed wherever I be; and ordained upon me prayer and charity, as long as I live. And has made me good to my mother and not made me forceful, ill-fated. And peace is upon me the day I was born, and on the day I shall taste death, and on the day I will be raised alive. This is ‘Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam; a true statement, in which they doubt. It does not befit Allah (عزوجل) to appoint someone as His son – Purity is to Him! When He ordains a matter, He hust commands it, “Be: – and it thereupon happens. And said ‘Isa, “Indeed Allah (عزوجل) is my Lord and your Lord – therefore worship Him; this is the Straight Path.”

[Maryam 19:16-36]

Faith in the books of Almighty Allah عزوجل

Holy Quran and all the heavenly books are true and whatever Almighty Allah عزوجل has said through them, is to be believed in. However, due to distortion, their originality has been brought into question. The preservation of these Holy Scriptures was entrusted to their respective followers, and rather than preserving the books in their memories and on tablets, the books suffered alterations.

The outcome was that these books could not be relied upon to be the same as when they were originally revealed and those who had vested interests altered the words and letters to change the meanings in order to make them conveniently suit their personal interests. They even indulged in addition and deletion in accordance with their whims and fancies. This kind of distortion in respect of the Scriptures is called “Tahreef.

It is therefore advisable that when we come across anything mentioned in previous Scriptures. We would accept it only if it is in conformity with the Magnificent Quran. But if it is contrary to the Holy Quran we should deem it to be an outcome of “Tahreef. In the case of confusion over a thing being consistent or inconsistent with the Glorious Quran. We should neither accept those things immediately nor should we deny it outright. Our stand in such cases should be cautious.

The Glorious Quran, the Last Testament of Almighty Allah عزوجل

Almighty Allah عزوجل sent down many Holy Scriptures through many Prophets علیھم السلام Four of them are the most famous:

  1. The Taurat (Torah) revealed to Prophet Musa علیھم السلام.
  2. The Zabur (Psalms) revealed to Prophet Dawood (David) علیھم السلام.
  3. The Injeel (Bible) revealed to Prophet Isa علیھم السلام.
  4. The Glorious Quran revealed to our Beloved Prophet Sayyiduna Muhammad صلی الله علیہ وسلم, the Seal of the Prophets.

There is no scope of any superiority or inferiority as far as the Holy Word of Almighty Allah عزوجل is concerned. However, the Holy Quran stands out to be the most rewarding.
